2. What ENGVA Is — and Isn't

ENGVA provides accountability coaching for entrepreneurs and small business owners. This is not therapy, clinical treatment, medical advice, or a diagnostic service. We don't diagnose, treat, or provide clinical support for ADHD or any other condition. If you need clinical support, please seek out a qualified healthcare professional.

Nothing on this website or discussed in a session constitutes medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. Who Can Use This Service

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or over who are self-employed, freelancing, or running a small business. By booking a call or engaging our services, you confirm you meet this criteria.

4. The Free Execution Audit

The 20-minute Execution Audit is offered free of charge, with no obligation to purchase further services. Spots are limited and offered at our discretion.

5. Paid Services

If you choose to work with ENGVA beyond the free Execution Audit, the engagement is governed by a separate, signed service agreement specific to your jurisdiction (UK, Ireland, or US), which sets out pricing, payment terms, cancellation policy, and scope of work. Where these Terms of Service and your signed service agreement conflict, the signed service agreement takes precedence.

6. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Accountability coaching supports your execution and follow-through — it doesn't guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or client acquisition. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

7. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on this website — copy, branding, logos, and materials — belongs to ENGVA / Zoltan Szabó and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENGVA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services, including loss of revenue, clients, or business opportunities.

This limitation doesn't exclude or limit liability that can't legally be excluded — for example, liability for fraud, or, where applicable, obligations owed to consumers under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence (the UK, Ireland, the United States, or Canada).

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, where ENGVA is established and operates.

If you're engaging with ENGVA as a consumer — rather than in connection with a trade, business, or profession — nothing in these terms removes any mandatory legal protection you're entitled to under the law of your own country or state of residence, whether that's the UK, Ireland, the United States, or Canada.

In practice, ENGVA's services are designed for business owners, freelancers, and self-employed professionals using them for business purposes, so most engagements are expected to fall outside consumer-protection scope, in any of the countries we work with. This clause exists to keep the terms fair either way, and isn't intended to override protections that would otherwise apply to you.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
